All orders placed at AuctionPure qualify for 100% free standard shipping worldwide. No minimum order value is required for both United States domestic orders and all international orders. For a small number of remote, inaccessible regions with limited logistics coverage, a regional delivery surcharge may apply. All potential extra fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment, ensuring full transparency for every customer.
Dual Regional Delivery Timeframe
We support shipping services across the United States and most global countries and regions. The comprehensive estimated delivery window for all orders is 10 to 22 business days after successful shipment. As a general rule, domestic orders within the United States enjoy faster transit and delivery speeds. International orders may experience minor delays due to cross-border customs clearance, local logistics scheduling, seasonal congestion, weather conditions and other objective uncontrollable factors. All delivery times are estimated and serve as reference only.
Order Verification & Processing Rules
Once customer payment is confirmed and verified, our warehouse team will complete product inspection, packaging and shipment arrangement within 1–3 business days. Order processing is suspended on weekends, public holidays and major promotional events. Orders accumulated during peak sales periods will be processed in chronological order, with slight delays possible to guarantee packaging quality and shipping safety.

Lost & Damaged Shipment Solutions
Customers are required to inspect package condition and product integrity immediately upon receipt. For damaged, defective, missing or incorrect items caused by transit issues, please provide valid photo or video evidence and submit a support request within 48 hours of delivery. For packages officially confirmed lost during transportation, we offer two optional after-sales solutions: full order refund or complimentary reshipment.
Order Modification & Cancellation Rules
